What is the WSN Development Group?
For 30 years, WSN has been organising major international trade events in the fashion sector in Paris: Who’s Next and Premiere Classe, as well as MATTER and SHAPE in the design sector. Since May 2021, WSN has been running the Bijorhca trade fair on behalf of BOCI and the International Lingerie Fair and Interfilière Paris on behalf of Eurovet.
In 2025, WSN launched Shoppe Object Paris in collaboration with the American group ANDMORE. Further information: https://wsn-events.com/en/about

How can I purchase an entry ticket for the trade shows?
Tickets can only be purchased through our website.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
As stated in our terms and conditions, admission badges are neither exchangeable nor refundable. https://platform.wsn.community/en/general-term

Can I get a free invitation?
The Salon International de la Lingerie does not distribute free invitations directly. We invite you to contact one of our exhibitors, as each exhibitor is allocated a quota of invitations that they may distribute.

When and where can I obtain my badge for the trade shows?
You can register and obtain your badge up until the day before the event.

How can I apply for press accreditation?
You can apply for a press or media badge by completing the “Press Accreditation” form available through our ticketing platform. Our PR agency will review your application and inform you whether it has been approved or declined, based on the relevance and quality of your media outlet.
If your badge is marked “Press”, you will be authorized to film and take photographs using professional equipment and will have access to our VIP/Press Lounge.
If your badge is marked “Media”, these privileges will not apply; however, you will still benefit from complimentary accreditation.

I attended the previous edition of your event. Do I need to register again?
Yes. Each edition of our events has its own ticketing system, so you will need to register and obtain a new badge for every edition, even if you attend every year.

How can I obtain an invitation letter for my visa application?
Unfortunately, we do not issue official invitation letters specifically for visa applications. However, your registration confirmation or badge purchase confirmation serves as proof of professional invitation and is generally sufficient to support your visa application with the relevant embassy or consulate.

What access is available for visitors with reduced mobility at Porte de Versailles?
P6 Parking (Place des Insurgés de Varsovie) provides accessible access via elevators.
An elevator is also available to access the Exhibition Walkway (Pont des Expositions).
Manual and electric wheelchairs are available from the Exhibition Centre Information Desk. -
Is the trade show accessible to wheelchair users?
We do not provide wheelchairs at our events. However, our events remain accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, both at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and at the Jardin des Tuileries.

How much does a stand cost at one of your events?
Stand prices vary depending on the event and the amount of exhibition space (square meters) allocated. You can contact [email protected] to request a detailed quotation.

Are there cloakrooms, and what are the prices?
Cloakrooms are available inside the exhibition halls.

What should I do if I lose or find an item?
During the trade show, if you lose or find an item or a piece of clothing, please do not hesitate to visit the Show Management Office located in your exhibition hall.

What security and monitoring measures are in place during the event?
The security measures implemented at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre (VIPARIS) include:
▪ Reinforced security and screening teams across all exhibition areas and outdoor common spaces.
▪ Mandatory bag inspections for all visitors and exhibitors at every entrance to the exhibition centre.
▪ Security personnel present throughout the outdoor common areas of the venue.
▪ Security screening staff stationed at the entrances of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre.
